Change of Enrollment Policy:

Schedule Changes:á Schedule Changes can be made once per month and are effective the first day of the upcoming month.á Requests for schedule changes must be receivedáin writing on or beforeáday listed below.á A schedule change fee of $20.00 is charged for every schedule change.

***HTSACC will notify the school, your child's teacher and the Transportation Department when you enroll in the program or make a schedule change.ááOther thanáthe September enrollment, it is your responsibility to send a note to your child's teacher, via backback, the day the change becomes effective to remind the teacher of your child's new monthly schedule.á

For September- August 26, 2016
For October- September 22, 2016
For November- October 21, 2016
For December- November 18, 2016
For January- December 15, 2016
For February- January 23, 2017
For March- February 17, 2017
For April- March 20, 2017
For May- April 21, 2017
For June- May 22, 2017

Cancellation of Services:á Notice must be given in writing prior to withdrawal from the program using the above dates.á Withdrawal will be effective the 1st day of the following month.á No refunds are given if the child/ren do not attend for all or part ofáthe month prior to official cancellation of services.á This is considered a schedule change and will incur a $20.00 schedule change fee.á Notification should be faxed to 973-637-5516 or e-mailed to selena.appel@hanovertwpschools.org.
